Cancellation Policy

 

At Excellent Esthetics Spa we know and appreciate all the demands on your time.  We will always do our best to accommodate all our customers and their busy schedules.  “No shows” “Late arrivals” and “late cancellations” on the day of your appointment are difficult for us to react to.  We ask that you please respect our time as we do yours.  We will try to be flexible but please be aware that our policy is to charge the full price for a “no show” or “late cancellation”.  We thank you for your cooperation and your continued patronage.
